Got a random tracker email, logged into the tracker account and this is the message shown - "we are experiencing a technical difficulty".
Hopefully its a system issue and would be resolved soon.

me and my wife we applied september 2nd and got the aor on september 9th . we completed the test and our background check is finished on 9th october.

I sent a webform (hadn't done it) just to... add volume. Zero hopes it will yield any result. Asked they refer it to their technical team.

When did you applied? secondly general question is do you get email from IRCC when there is any update or thinks like test invite or you need to keep on checking online status? response from any one who have completed or in advance stage of citizenship process can reply please? Thanks

The tracker is updated first, while emails for the test and oath come later. For all other updates, you will only see changes in the tracker without receiving email notifications.
