Can't able to create tracker account, sent web form got same response on 16th Oct document added to your file.
I submitted one day after you, and also unable to create tracker account. There are others too.
I can only speculate that around that time, something wasn't working quite right with IRCC systems, and that blocked us from being able to create tracker accounts.

This seems like trend for everyone especially sep applicants except very few, but after submitting the web form and request to look into the matter did not helped either no one seems like ready to take accountability and take corrective actions. Another concern is if we did not get test invite by Nov mid or so then everyone start taking leaves due to end of the year and holiday season which could further drag the processing...

The Immigration IT team probably aren't making it a priority. We will still get emails for test invites etc, the tracker doesn't speed up the process, it just makes it a pain to not be sure of what is going on.

Based on others averages, estimate is we get test invites between now and end of November, so the holidays wont impact that too much.

We just have to wait for the test invite email :)

Finally got a reply from my tech form submitted weeks ago - however it's asking for the below. This is after submitting almost all of it already and a screenshot of the tracker error.

I'll send it off in full again, but at this point, I'm just waiting for an email rather than the tracker now:

"Please note that this email is a response to the enquiries found below this email.

We verified the information you provided; however, it differs from what we have on file.

In order to better assist you, please resubmit your request by including the following information in a letter of explanation and uploading it in the IRCC Web form:

Surname and complete given name (including middle name, if applicable) - exactly as they appear on the passport or identity document,
Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD),
Client ID Number, UCI or Application Number,
Country of birth,
Type of application,
Current address,
Telephone number(s),
Email address (if the application was submitted online, please confirm the email address used to register the account), and
All documents submitted with your previous request.
We will gladly reply to your enquiry within 5 business days following the reception of the abov
e information."

Type: Online application
Location: Montreal
Physical Presence Days: 1096
Application: Single
Application Submitted: 28 September, 2024
Application Returnerd: 16 October, 2024 (Reason: Asked to provide valid photo according to specifications)
Appication Resubmitted: 16 October, 2024
AOR: 28 October, 2024

I have received 2 emails today from IRCC.
(1) AOR email
(2) Request to provide Police clearance certificate for India( I have attached below):

Police Certificate Request

· You must provide a police certificate for each country or territory where you have been present for 183 days or more in a row (since the age of 18). If you cannot get a police certificate, please explain why. A police certificate or explanation for no certificate is required for your time spent in INDIA.

I Have 1 question:

I lived outside of Canada in 2021 for 7 months. But i did not live in India for 7 months. I was in India for 5 months & 2 months in another country. So, according to application requirements, i do not need to provide Police clearance certificate.

So, do i need to provide it anyway or can i just upload explanation letter?

If someone has gone through this situation and answer this then it would be big help.

Thank you.

Since you were 18.

Have you lived in India for 183 days in a row since you were 18?
