Can you please share the number to call the FBI to inquire about it? My Package with fingerprint was delivered on 16th January, but on the online status, it still says Incomplete—Fingerprint card not received.

it should be in your email confirmation. 304-625-5590 . you should wait atleast 2 weeks before you expect a response.Can you please share the number to call the FBI to inquire about it? It has been 1 week my mail arrived at the FBI office with the fingerprints. But no response yet and on their website it's showing INCOMPLETE status........Can anyone please suggest that how to follow up with the FBI for the clearance

Took me couple days, but it was delivered on Oct 7th. But still no response.Hi,
I have sent my finger print card through USPS and the tracking status says ready for pickup and it has not been attempted to deliver? Did this happen to anyone ? If so what is the status of your application?

On the printed label from canada post, the postal worker didn't add attn. She added everything else other than attn. I just let it go thinking it was no big deal.
