If I was in your position, I would just apply and provide it. No point in contacting them, going back and forth on why they need it etc. Takes bunch of time for them to respond once. By that time, you would have got your PCC itself.

On the address I wrote, it had ATTN. I just copy pasted the address, print it and stick it on there. On the printed label from canada post, the postal worker didn't add attn. She added everything else other than attn. I just let it go thinking it was no big deal.

Same scenario. I explained that I stayed in US before moving here. They still requested. I submitted fingerprints to FBI on October 1 and still waiting. I think it is not worth it to ask via webform and wait for the response. Just apply for PCC and submit. It is faster that way.

One guy on this thread received test invite. Usually it takes 1 2 months to get test invite.

Moved permanently on the same day I landed as PR. I have friends who did the same, they didn't get PCC request.

I just went ahead and applied for US PCC. hopefully get in a week. No use in wasting time asking them and getting reply in 3 weeks. It was straightforward and took me couple hours to gather everything.

Yes. Got PCC request email 2 mins before AOR. They just mentioned I forgot to upload PCC for countries stayed over 183 days. But this 183 days before becoming PR. I had put yes and added this explanation in the details box.

Waiting since Dec 2022. Still no update. Should have applied in covid times. friends got it within 6 months.
