did you receive your response. Mine was delivered on 18th Dec but the status did not change as fingerprints was missing. I called them and they said they received the package but could not locate. I resent the finger prints again.

Can you please share the number to call the FBI to inquire about it? My Package with fingerprint was delivered on 16th January, but on the online status, it still says Incomplete—Fingerprint card not received.

it should be in your email confirmation. 304-625-5590 . you should wait atleast 2 weeks before you expect a response.

Yes, the first time too it was the same. i wrote attn, but somehow they missed it. if they search not finding it better resend the prints

I did not write attention, I just wrote the normal address and sent it

On the address I wrote, it had ATTN. I just copy pasted the address, print it and stick it on there.

On the printed label from canada post, the postal worker didn't add attn. She added everything else other than attn. I just let it go thinking it was no big deal.
