Curious, is it even worthwhile ordering CSIS notes if much of the info. is going to be redacted?
The CSIS notes are pretty much this :
"Your security screening is in progress (or other status) and we won't say anything more because of this or that section of the Privacy / Access to information Act .
You can contact us at <mail> or <phone> (but yeah, we won't say more anyway due to above sections).
If you're not happy with the info, feel free to contact the privacy commisionner of Canada."
So, apart from knowing that it's in progress, which you know already, you very probably won't get any additional information.
If your goal is to know why it may be taking them so long, the notes won't help even if you explicitely ask for details.
