Hi, Has anyone ordered CSIS notes for more than 30 days and still have not got the result? for my case, it is over 40 days! What should I do next? Any idea that might help would be greatly appriciated!

Hi, I requested CSIS notes on February 7th and still haven’t received anything…

I requested for CSIS notes on Nov 18, 2024 and I still have not received them.

I ordered CSIS notes on Dec 2024, but still does not receive it yet.

I ordered CSIS notes on Dec 2024, but still does not receive it yet.
On the website, it is said: If an extension is required, you will be notified within the first 30 days and told the reason why more time is needed.

Why is it like that? Did they forget or hide something unusual? At least they should reply simply like this: in progress?? Anyone have ideas about that?

No, I did not receive any notification about the reason of the extension.

If you message them, they send you a copy paste respond that they have received a large number of requests and cannot process requests in a timely manner.

But, I haven't seen anyone being able to get a response from them since Nov 2024. I am also waiting on my request since Nov. I think they stopped responding to immigration related note requests. Probably since they are understaffed and a lot of applications are sent to CSIS for comprehensive screening.

You can file a complaint since they are supposed to respond within 30 days, but that doesn't go anywhere.
