You have to povide your Canadian address
To get your (eCOPR) you’ve to confirm you’re in Canada.

If I submit request for GCMS notes for myself,do I must submit the IMM 5744(consent to release information)form?in that form where it says representative information,what should I write there?I dont want to write my name there since it might override the original lawyers info who is representing me for the original H and C application,I would appreciate any advice on this
