Can't register application tracker account

Wrote an email to immigration minister and Operating minister as well as IRCC office. this is bigger issue and customer care is of now help. If you want to be cc in email like this comments and post your email. I will add you all on thread this will bring greater visibility and eventually they will ahve to fix the issue.

Imagine 500 people spamming one email follow up on this issue. Fix will be god speed


We are not aksing more, its obvious tracker should be abel to link

but email never gets code because some tech issue blocked code, So if we do not get code we can never link the tracker

The tracker link in the email is the older link which no longer works. Looks like IRCC haven't updated the email template so they keep sending everyone the same old link. You need to register on the new tracker i.e. https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register using UCI(without `-`) and Application number(Will be in the email). You should try registering 48-72 hrs after receiving the email as it takes time to reflect in the system.
Hello - I heard it is 48 hrs? does it really take 72 hrs? because I am getting same error and all my details are correct. I did call IRCC and they said there is nothing wrong in my application and this seems to be technical issue and they asked me to raise a webform. But i read many comments here that webform stuff gives a standard reply which will be of no use. For mine its been 48 hrs. any suggestions

For some it takes a week too. If it does not work even after that raising a technical issue webform helps. They might close it without resolution but you need to keep raising it.

Tracker is down and not being revamped or managed by AWS: escalations wont' help. least priority. Trkr is down since months.
IRCC is working on new [all-iin one] mega portal - takes time.. FYI

I am facing the same issue. I got AOR on August 5, 2024, but I can still not register on the tracker. It shows me below error,
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

I have a similar sort of problem, were you now able to create an account now?

I think i finaly got a solution. When typing the names type in small letters nor capital letters. I did it and it passed

No , Still not able to create it.
Did you ever use a representative? (for a PR application for example) They might be getting the registration email instead of you, sometimes IRCC doesn't update the email to yours for the tracker system.
