I already received a confirmation of nomination via MPNP but it states that it’s not valid for express entry. Is it better for me to refuse the nomination and apply again for the enhanced pnp or is it too late? I am eligible for express entry. Is there a way that the confirmation of nomination be change to express entry?

I am trying to read as many replies in this group but I cant seem to find the answer to my questions.
Can someone please please help me.

I have just got my nomination last week and I am about to apply to Non-express entry PNP AOS.
my questions are:
1. do I need to update IRCC and AINP if my dependent spouse changed job? If she is primary applicant then yes but if she is not then doesn’t matter how many jobs she change.
2. do i need to show proof of fund? No. You don’t need to show any bank statements or proof of funds.
3. can i do upfront medical? where do I send our medical if incase? If you have done medical you can attach proof. You can even do medical before and attach with your application.
4. with the requirements, they are only asking for the documents listed below. is there any other documents I need to attached or required:
a. Birth Certificate
b. Passport
c. Confirmation of Nomination
d. Police Clearance
e. Photo
f. and all the government forms included
Yes these are all documents you need to upload for you and your spouse . You also need to attach marriage certificate and well as fees receipts. Don’t forget to pay biometrics fees too . Also you have to attach PCC too .

What category of express entry are you talking about? Express entry PNP or Express Entry CEC ?

Try KAI method again and send email. Currently ECOPR is taking 2-6 weeks . Maybe just wait couple weeks more .

Could trying KAI again have any adverse effects? I am reading varying information on different forums regarding KAI.

OINP PR application submitted on May 25th 2024 - Still waiting for AOR. Got temporary file number by calling them at 1-888-242-2100. Expecting AOR probably by this month end.

This means good sign and show that your application won’t be returned now and now started to be processed . There should be Application number on your biometric letter. You can use that number to link application online. This is biometric letter which is different than AOR . You will get AOR soon .

No . Sending emails to visa offices don’t delay anything or have affect on your application.

You need to wait actual 24-48 hours after you get APR or biometrics .

Waiting for AOR and just had a baby. Hoping to get the birth certificate next week. Should I inform IRCC as soon as I get the birth certificate or should I wait for AOR?

@Miss bee Hi there. If one is still waiting for AOR and if the Nomination letter is about to expire soon, in that case, can we extend the nomination letter?, in case if they return the application.

Hi can you please share timeline for both Work permit applications and Permanent residency?? I also applied on same date…. Also when you calledIRCC , what they said ? Did they said they opened your application or they said your application is not opened yet?
