You need to renew your work permit as long as you don’t get COPR

After how long from the refusal you submitted second application? If less than 180 days I think that’s the reason not show up on eCASI received in less than a month. I requested application record. Because one person I know In my community after won the case from federal court for redetermination then again ircc refused his application for H&C

We received the AIP in May then we sent all the required documents in August .
- one more question my work permit will be expired next month and I applied to renew it last month . Is the IRCC will accept to renew it and how long it will take?
