You can respond to the test invitation email you received, asking for an update on your test completion status.

Thanks, I emailed per this advise today. It's so frustrating that the test is still not updated in the tracker even after 16 days Any idea how long they take to respond to the email ? Also, what is the phone number to contact them about this?
