I got medical today for me and my wife. As I hired consultant on half way, so I see my consultant details on email,address, and contact details.
Is there any issue? do I need to change or its fine?
What contact details should I provide while giving medical? (Mine or Consultant)

This is normal. You received PAL as you passed eligibility stage . You must be going through security check. Also looks like you haven’t cleared criminality section too which is part of background check.

As nonexpress takes time to get PR. During this time my dependent child study visa will expire, even though I am in process of applying the application. It will come in between our pr processing. How can I update my kids latest study permit?

You don’t need to update them regarding new study permit. They have access to all records.

Anyone in this group or anyone who know from other groups/networks, changed the job/NOC code/Teer after receiving AOR and received PR (with no employer restrictions on provincial nomination)? If we change the job in between AOR and eCoPR is there any impact on the application process? Appreciate your response

Considering they are inland applicants, how much longer might it take or how should it be followed up? There is no clear time frame even after a year from the start of the security check. I know so many people are facing with the same situation…

Unfortunately security checks can take forever and it’s done by third parties. If you have exceeded processing time, you can file Mandamus.

Thanks for your reply. The processing time has already passed by around ten months. I heard that Mandamus also takes time, so it seems like waiting is the only option.

Is it possible to apply for closed work permit by flagpolling?

My driver license will expire next month and pgwp will expire in December. Applying CWP online might take 4-6months.

ServiceOntario are not helpful when it comes to explaining these situations.

I had same situation in this year May. All you need is apply for work permit extension online. Once you submit you application, next day or same day you will get "WP- EXT letter" in your application massage box. this letter will extend your 4-5 months of existing work permit till your work permit decision made by inspector or whichever first. (in other words maintained status).

You can bring that "WP- EXT letter" to Service Ontario, they will consider it for renewal of your driving licence and health card. They extended mine for one year.

I have applied Non EE PR under OINP FSW stream. I received P2 - PR Portal (PR confirmation) on 4th September, uploaded details same day after that there are no updates yet. It is 21 days since P2, I have tried KAI 12 days a go still I have not received eCoPR.

PAL Aug 14
FD Aug 15
P2 Sep 4
ECOPR ?? Waiting for 21 days

Is there any way I can contact IRCC for asking ECOPR?
