Here's what mine says but according to Mp my background check is complete.
But even on status tracker there's no update

My study permit and sin both are expiring on 30 sept. If I dont get the result by then can I work because I have already applied for an extension before it expires ? Also do i need to apply for status restoration if I dont get a decision before 30 sept
Are you currently enrolled in studies,if you are currently doing studies or an enrolled student then yes you can continue work even after expiration of sin and study permit because you are on maintain status but if you already completed studies then you cannot work,and also regarding restoration,you don’t need to apply for restoration because you applied for extension before its expiry
