Do we receive work authorization letter nowadays after applying pgwp because somebody said now people are not receiving that letter?

Please let me know if anybody has any idea that after getting approval online ,how many days its gonna take to get physical permit at your address

i called ircc client service number

yes same thing i also consulted so many agents few of them said i can work others said not ,i received my completion letter on 16 aug from that day i am at home no work and not even applied for pgwp only because of the reason that i can’t start working ,but literally everybody is confusing us...
