Hello, application april 24, aor august 7 (right after i I have a question, please help: I have a Nomination by BC, did apply to IRCC for PR via non-Express Entry, and I also already received a Letter of Receipt AOR from Sydney which included their Request for my Police Certificate and Biometrics. I wonder if I need to apply for Post Nomination Support at this stage still? I mean does the expiry date on the BC PNP letter refer to my PR application submission date (ok, already done), or does it have to remain valid until I will be finally granted PR status?

As long as you submitted your PR application before the expiration date of your nomination, you're good.

thank you! i have one more question. at the moment my pgwp expires and i applied for a bridge but i received only a work visa extension that particularly states that i lose my permission to work if i leave the country now. it validates my work permit, however, for until pr is decided upon. do i understand correctly: i apply for bc post-nomination extension eg. so i could also apply for a bridge/open work permit that grants me re-entry?

Hi friends! I got AOR today but got one biometrics request letter for the primary applicant (me). Will my spouse receive his, separately? I also got ADR for schedule A. Can I download this form from online as the referred link for download which IRCC sent isn't opening? Thanks for your help

Your spouse will get biometric letter separately and soon . You can download Schedule A searching from google .

You only need to submit Post nomination request if IRCC returned your PR application incomplete. BC PNP won’t renew your nomination as your PR application is in processing stage. Your nomination letter should be valid at time you submit complete PR application. Doesn’t matter if it expires next day .

AOR means your application is complete and won’t be returned.

If I create a GcKey account to check the updates of my application, but I have a representative, if I link my application to my GcKey account, could that have any impact on my representative? i.e. make him unable to receive updates about my case or something like I will receive direct communications from Ircc instead of him receiving them from now on?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

If you have representative on your application, you won’t be able to link your application to GCKEY . You have to remove your representative to gain access to GCKEY.

Not true . Processing time doesn’t matter on what category you applied. It’s depends on other several factors.
