Hello , I submitted my Non EE file yesterday,
I just had a question that my mother’s name spelling is different in my passport and is different in my birth certificate and her new passport and same with my dad’s middle name,
Should I ask them to do a notary with alias names or no? Would it cause problems?
Also my brother is still 17 but he is turning 18 in coming January so I’ve not included him in additional sibling information as it was mentioned that only above 18 you should mention?

please advise?
You don’t need to do anything regarding that . Just put name whatever is on their passport. You can skip your brother name as you are applying now and he is still 17 .

Hello @Miss bee bee
I'm new here. I submitted my non-EE profile on the 22nd of April and still have not heard back from IRCC. Any idea what the problem could be? It is now past the 90-120 days stipulated. What can I do to get help?
AOR should come by this month. Also call them and see if they have temporary file number.

So I’ve already submitted , and I’ve put it according to my passport and in their back photos and my birth certificate it’s according to their passport

It won’t be any issue. Also you don’t need to attach their passport or picture. I’m not sure why you even submitted them .

Hello@Miss bee
My AOR was Nov. 2022!, did medical same month. I guess my application went through comprehensive security screening because, it was one veeeery long silence till I got ADR in May 2024.
Got remedical request 13th August 2024, medical passed Sept 7th 2024
When do you think I could expect PPR?

It's been a looooooong journey. Appreciate your thoughts please
Phew!

No
Would this be a problem now?
No , you don’t need to attach anything regarding your family members. You have to only submit for your spouse or kids . No pictures or anything . You have to include them in Family information form that’s all .

You should order your CBSA and GCMS notes and see what’s going on with your application. Also see what visa office is processing your application.
