My date is 3rd sept. I will start preparing now for documents. And i am going to refer only internet questions.
Did you find any thread other than this, which has good list of questions? Would be great if you can share it.

Did you order GCMS notes in the past, to atleast have some clue about possible issues CIC is trying to clarify? I know, now its too late to order GCMS. But if you recd any in the past 30-60 days, that should indicate something.

Hi JB11 - if you are still around - would request to share your/spouse's interview experience.
How long was the interview, do they conduct in English or local language.
And what question was their focus of concern. Were you guys able to guess what triggered the interview - were they concerned about something specific?

Will be a great help to everyone on this thread, if you are comfortable sharing any insight from your experience.

Hey i am done with the interview

They asked all the question based on my wedding as it was wedding with closed family members only. But i think it depends on case to case. For me my interview was around 45 mins.

Hey . Yes i am done with interview. It was around 45 mins. They called my partner as well

Interview was based on all the question in the area where they need more clarity . For me looks like as my wedding was small with only closed family members they called me for interview thats what i assume. And almost all the questions were related to that topic

Firstly, thank you for getting back to me. That happens rarely on this forum, where people ask everyone for all the info, but shy away in sharing their own actual experience back to the community. And Congrats! I guess it must be the last step and you must have either received medical request or perhaps COPR number by now? I have heard that things go pretty quickly once interview is done.

You mentioned your partner was called as well. Would you care to elaborate a bit more on that.
Were you/your partner in Canada, and they were called by phone or in-person to attend the interview?
Does the questioning happens simultaneously with both of you - or they first interview one person - and then talk to the other to match up the answers?

Lastly, you mentioned that most of the questions were related to marriage ceremony as it was a small, close family event.
Im assuming you did send them pictures of the event - and pictures usually give more context than any verbal explanation in most cases, so im curious if they simply asked questions to which you had already provided answers in the application, or were those questions really going beyond what was shared with them in the pictures and detailed list of attendees we are required to include with the application and the pictures.

Feel free to respond back either in this thread or if you feel comfortable directly as personal message.
Thank you.

Hey i am the principal applicant so i was suppose to attend interview offline. And as my husband is already in Canada they called him.

Question was all about
- My wedding ceremonies
- Some of the family related question
- Some questions are related to personal information about spouse where he is working and since how long you know each other , his birthdate , his address etc

Yes i received Pre-arrival letter.
