You can request refusal notes and assess whether or not the grounds for the refusal were valid.
Thank you so much idris, didn’t except this decision but what we can do my lawyer is going to apply for refusal notes . Even today is my son’s birthday and i get this sad news

Hi,
They requested our passports and police clearance certificate (PCC) from our home country. Since our passports were only valid for one more month, it took some time to renew them. Additionally, obtaining the PCC from our home country took around 40 days. I finally submitted the last documents in late July.
Last week, I called to check on the status, and the agent informed me that the criminality and info-sharing processes are still ongoing, while security checks haven't started yet. I'm curious why they are conducting another criminality check, given that it was already passed at the first stage.

I have absolutely same case with you. Timelines, primary, secondary, just criminality passed.
What is your application number? Mine is 87k
@Robin220 sorry to hear that I can feel you as have been refused too, but the most important thing is never give up and go fight straight forward until last second, just relax you hqve multi options I will give you two suggestions but before that I would like to tell you trust me I can tell they never open the application and exam properly you know why because these day’s IRCC they use artificial intelligence program to review applications so I don’t think reviewed by officer there is some IT program they do this shit because I heard from some lawyer they mentioned the time to review for TR vis and PR visa so I don’t think examed every single paper one more thing check your refusal letter it should be same reason for mine
All factors you cited in your application were considered but it’s not sufficient to you to be grant exemption

But if you don’t have removal order then just relax make a fresh claim with more evidence meanwhile you can provide documentation to reconsideration in one package with new application because usually new application has better chance to win rather than jr
Federal court they will send back to IRCC if the case based bioc especially minor does not matter Canadian or outside Canada but minors they will consider otherwise new application better and don’t make focus only on lawyer side because your decision also important because your are a part of this legal matter not only lawyers
H&C is like a gamble even if you meet all criteria after that still rate for success or denying is 50/50 so ridiculous
