WoW 22 months that's a lot of time. I've received the Disclosure of documents from ICAC (normal hearing/no minister intervention) on May 2024. hopefully I'll get hearing before end of this year.

I hope you get a hearing date soon.
I had same letter. No ministers intervention in February 2023 and heard back from IRB 13 months later , that’s March this year for a hearing this August. You might not wait for that long. But to me that disclosure package means nothing.
Your hearing date depends on team handling your file.

Had a positive decision on table.
Was scheduled for 3 hours but only lasted 45 minutes

Well said … the disclosure package is just basically saying they read your story but they are objecting to somethings. Now it is your duties to read what they are objecting to and explain yourself really well in your hearing.

Is it less complex claim? Mine said disclosure No intervention in check list and in subject. File review. Do I need to submit additional documents for evidenced or no?

How is it advantageous to be under these program . Like for you who is from court? the ICAC disclosure package no intervetion.

To be honest with you.
To me This letter means nothing.
Know your BOC and answer all related questions that will be asked .
If you are sure of something or can’t remember? Tell them the truth.
One question will be asked in different ways just to see if you will change yours to words.
They have nothing against you.
It’s basically your words against your actions words.

applied for PR on October 2023, done biometric on Feb and still no update, my work permit going to be expired in 5month, honestly I have no energy to fill those documents again and extend it (

Feels like applying to come to Canada.
Very annoying.
It’s better to apply now , I see people waiting for 6 months for work permit extension
