Received biometric instruction letter before paying???

Hello everyone

I am sponsoring my wife to get her PR and we are both in Canada. Last week we suddenly received a biometric instruction letter by email asking both of us to go to a Service Canada outlet. However two days later I received another email named Reminder-Biometric fee, it says after the payment we are going to receive the biometric instruction letter...

As we already made the appointment with Service Canada to take our fingerprint next week, should I make any payment now? The immigration system seems to be in chaos

If they send a payment reminder , just go ahead and pay it. Get it out the way, still go for your appointment.

How am I being rude by telling you to use your comment sense and reading comprehension skills, you’re an adult it’s just appalling how we have grown adults out here that can’t read and understand things so simple and straight forward.
