AIP means (Approval In Principal) meaning you are being sponsored I take it and you have a deportation order, in order for CBSA to not deport you you have to get approval from IRCC that you’re eligible to become a permanence resident then the removal order will be suspended.

If you’ve submitted PRRA over two months and haven’t heard back yet that’s a good sign, good sign that you’ve bought time because mine came back within one month when I did it. Just know you’re not getting approved for PRRA though because nobody usually wins those appeals it just buys you time...

Medicals & Biometrics are always automatically updated to IRCC from whichever establishment completed those tests and checks. You do get a copy to keep for yourself though.

I spoke to IRCC two times last week and one time the week before and all three agents told me once you receive “pre arrival services” it means you’ve passed eligibility. Why do you guys on here always say it’s meaningless ?

Inland spousal sponsorship is 12 months I’m not sure about Outland. And it can take more than the actual time given.

Very well said, OP needs to chill out and just do the best thing which is spousal sponsorship then apply for TRV.
