I read the first line and said to myself, your first mistake is hiring a consultant to do a spousal sponsorship. Just read properly and do it yourself consultants are incompetent and scammers … you are better off doing it by yourself or hiring an actual lawyer and not a consultant.

Not really positive but I got some ok news after 9 months then better news after 14 months. It’s a mixture. Some ppl get rejected so it all depends on your case.

Oh you’re in for a long ride, everybody’s response will be different but the main thing is they’re going to reach out with a PFL requesting more information from you or schedule an interview. Get your ducks in order now and prepare for a lengthy and convincing battle.
