Do you know your processing office? You can find that from the contact us section of the test invite PDF. You can figure out the office from the email ID.

The portal is updated for the citizenship oath on 30-July, update date 15-July. I am yet to receive the email from IRCC.
This was the first update since the LPP update on 5-July.
Status in the portal is in progress for the overall application.

I had my oath ceremony on 30-July at 8:15AM over the Zoom call. That took approximately 2 hours to complete including the waiting. The actual ceremony was for around 45 minutes.
After the ceremony, I sent the signed oath form. Today 31-July, I was able to download my citizenship certificate.
