But i have seen so many people gets stuck in background for 2-3 months after clearing test so I have been concerning
New update! Background Completed - July 29 (date of my GU1). Tracker was just updated to reflect that today (July 31)
Edit: My GU was 07/26. Bottom tracker shows July 29 BG pass. July 31 I see the actual update and top right corner last updated July 31

If my top-right says Updated July 31... is this considered a GU or is it just showing that because I can now see on the bottom Application History that the BG verification was completed on July 29.
Its not GU. The tracker has 2 days delay. The updated date is when the tracker updates.
that might not happen with your application. it could completed during your test window, some people's application are processed quickly more than others. no matter if it's simple or complicated. my first update was background, that was almost 3 months after AOR.. my advice is just to wait and be patient. i used wonder if something was wrong with my app cuz people were getting test and or background within the first month or 2 but then after that everything else got completed in less than 1.5 month. even though it's been a month since my LPP was completed but i am being patient dispite others getting oath dates the same week or 2 after LPP.
