Spousal Sponsorship inland

Hi everyone. I am currently an international student in Canada holding a US green card. My partner applied for an inland spousal sponsorship on May 28 2024. He got this letter on June 25th 2024 with a UCI and application number, and the letter states
"This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2024/05/29 on behalf of the following member(s)"

it also said that we would be able to track our application through a portal; however, I realized that the portal is not allowing us to sign up it says, " incorrect/ invalid information or your client application is not in our system." I was wondering how long do we have to wait for an update to be able to use log into the tracking portal? I was able to link the gckey but the pr tracker is not working for me

Usually not that long, just a few days.

Usual problems are number of family members, and place of birth. First answer is number of applicants PLUS ONE (include the sponsor). Second: try different things.

I have used this link: https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/register and i don't have a number of family member question it only asks for UCI, application number, first name, last name, date of birth and country of birth. I have tried using my partner's (sponsor ) information, and i've tried again with mines and its still the same issue.

Do let me know what else i can do. thank you
