I was just sent an email to pay for the RPRF, I paid it before but I am not sure why they are saying its not in their records, However I have gone ahead to pay it again. What do you think is next at this point.
 
Hi! I got a letter asking to pay the RPRF fee for the parents. Done immediately.
Is this a good sign? How long after this should I expect PPR?
 
I have already paid all the fees but just got a letter that the right of permanent residence fee is not paid and should be paid within 7 days. Not sure why this is happening. My application is with the Vancouver Office. Anyone with similar experience?

I got the same information/email as well but I am with the Montreal office
 
I received an "Final Decision" update on my parents' CIC Online account on May 10th and also a passport request letter. The passports were received by IRCC through VFS Global in India on May 21st. There hasn't been any updates since. Does anyone have a similar experience on how long they're taking to return the passports with the PR sticker? Thanks.

I just emailed them back with the Receipt and a letter explaining in detail (with breakdown) that all the required fees including the RPRF have been paid. Let me know what you did and what others have done in this case.
 
Does anyone have experience with Montreal office? After medical letter how long it should take to receive PPR.

I received same letter today asking for the receipt. Maybe because the rates has changed in April 2024. I submitted the application with the receipt in 2023 based on old rates. Not sure if that the reason !!
However, I emailed them the receipt I have and asked them if need to repay the difference.
Also in the email they sent, they asked for the receipt to be emailed. However, in the letter they attached, it is mentioned to attach the receipt to MyCIC account. I checked my CIC account but didn't find they requested that receipt. Do you think the email we sent is sufficient ?
