I need some help I got my PR in January I request Montreal office for my seize country passport I go to there office they gave me this email address to make a request at ircc.DNEastDocReturn-RetourDocESTRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
its been 3 months I sent email they acknowledge but no response, can someone please let me know if there is any other way to contact.

I sent the application for travel documents two months back to their old address by mistake and I called them and they told me that they have not received the application.
Should I apply again and what I paid them can we use the same payment receipt again or do I have to make a new payment?

I also sent the application to the old address by mistake but today I called them and they said that they did not receive the application, did you send the application again to the new address or are you following the old application only? Please update

I have the brown paper and work permit, can I already apply for RTD? Or do I have to wait for the hearing and NOD?

Its better to mention on RTD application so later on you can push them and keep reminding them that its an urgent travel requirement which was already stated in my RTD application. I also mentioned the intended date which is already passed but so far no updates from them.
Let us know from where you got this news ? If Saudi accepting the RTD it would be an amazing news for everyone.
If u are in Montreal or any province, go to CBSA office and request for your passport , and make sure you go with your pr card or copy documents with proof of ID.
they will stop you at the gate and gave you that above email id to sent the email, i try that its been 3 month i sent another email as well but no luck.
