You should ask the official what's they want you to do, if you pay already and sent them the receipt they should tell you if you need to pay the difference.

Heloo everyone.. iam failed refugee claimant I had applied h&c application in November 2022 and PRRA in December 2023. today we got email to attend interview for decision made on July 24 th does anyone had idea what it can be??

According to my lawyer, the invitation means decision has been made on your application and there’s possibility both the H & C and the PRRA will be assigned to the same office. Only the CBSA officer has access to the outcome. I wish you all the best.
