My son has submitted our PGP form along with relevant fee of CAD, what next.

The problem is in previous applications they have listed only the years for their siblings. So for example:

sibling A- 1940 but left the day/month blank. How should I re-list this on the additional family info form. Do I just put 1940-01-01 and then add a letter saying dates of birth unknown and best estimate used?

What do I put for the date of birth (or death) of my family member if I don’t know it?
If you don’t know the complete date, or if it’s in the 1800s, enter 1900 in the space for the unknown year, and 01 for the month or day. This will let you validate the form.
You should also attach a letter of explanation that says why you don’t have the information needed to fill in the complete date.

just wait for the AOR (file number). it can take any time. 3-5 months based on last year's applications. or even more based on previous years

I have an important question. My parents listed brothers and sisters birthdays and in some cases surnames (family info form) based on memory on past visitor visa applications. Now for the additional family info form we reached out to everyone and the spellings,surnames, and birthdays are different. What should we do?

a) list the same info we previously listed.

b) listed the updated info and provide a LOE saying previously we had estimated things based on memory and now are listing accurate info. We are worried they might say we misrepresented.

I’m again please humbly requesting if anyone with the experts on this forum can provide some advice here. Do I have to book a consultation with a lawyer for this?

It doesn't matter. It's only their additional family and they are not included in the application (IMM 0008). IMO , just put down the correct name and birthdays and include a letter of explanation. (b)

BTW to IRCC, this is not as important as information like previous visa refusal or common law partner that's not declared which could be lead to misrepresentation if not declare correctly.

Now another question for you if you don’t mind please this one is also weighing heavily on my mind. My dad had a first wife who has passed. She was declared on previous visa applications correctly. We are only able to obtain a death certificate from the hospital from the home country. It’s proving to be very difficult to get one from the govt authorities. Will the hospital issued one from the 70’s suffice? It has a stamp and a signature and has everything handwritten by pen.

Thanks. Yes my mom got married to dad a lot lot later. So thankfully we are on side there. It’s in English too so no translation required

Got the invitation and I have a question hoping someone can give me an answer.
Parents are legally divorced so I understand I need to submit applications separately- but what does it mean? Do I put it in an online portal my father as a dependant of my mother and indicate " other" and specify that they are divorced in an explanation letter? As there is no option of adding another parent as a divorced family member..
Or do I create a seperate online portal for my father's application and have it filled out as well so technically I will be submitting two separate applications online? Because it does state to submit all the applications at the same time so I don't see how that will be possible if it's submitted separately ..
They are both being sponsored by me and I intend on bringing them both to Canada.

Thank you for the response! From what I remember the sponsor is the one who receives an invitation not the parents so the invitation came to my email and under my name. I submitted an interest to sponsor and I included both of them but I do not remember if the form had asked for their marital status and whether or not I had indicated that they are divorced ... I know that they do say all the information provided on the initial form should match the current one..I guess if anything I can explain that in the additional documents.
So I will be creating two seperate online portals then for each of my parent separately. Does it mean that both of them will be reviewed separately and most likely by different customs agents?

What I remember from previous forums, do not add aadhar card as national identity document. Just answer No. Upload Aadhar card only as an additional proof of relationship between principal applicant and spouse
