visa applied date# April 24th
biometric req #April 25th
Biometric done #April 30th
medical done upfront which submitted along with file but not updated in the profile yet
background check is still in process
eligibility not started yet
PPR waiting
please let me know if someone has a same situation i am worried about the visa i seen some people got there visa approved within a month and my mum visa took over a month and there is no update in the file dont know what to do in this situation now.

Sometimes applying for GCMS notes may trigger a movement in file. Worth a try and anyways will come to know if file is stuck.

I also uploaded medical results through webform even though it was attached. Also call customer care and check for status. If application is past standard processing timeline, they can escalate it.

I am thinking to raise webform today and lets see what they say about it bcz super visa processing times in the website is 49 days and it has been pass these days so i can raise form for update.

actually i applied my mum super visa on April 24th and i dont see any update yet everything shows in process except biometric has been done.
