Have almost the same dates although medical passed on the 1st.
What's your visa office?
If it has updated on GCKey and marked complete there that should be sufficient. Tracker can significantly lag when it comes to biometrics and medicals.
On the GCKey, I have a biometrics number, my dependents too. but it still says we are waiting for your biometrics.
Call IRCC. GCKey usually updates very fast, nothing to panic, but call them and let them know that this has happened(also ask them if they can check and tell you if biometrics are done or not).
Wow, that was quick. My medicals were passed on 25th May, Biometrics completed on 21st May. They sent me a mail to pay for RPRF. I did that on 28th May, since then no update. Tracker says background check is in process, eligibility has not even started. But GcKey says eligibility and background process both in progress.
The timelines are so unpredictable
My biometrics were completed on May 20. Re-medical passed on June 1 (tracker) or June 2 (GCKey). As of today I’m entering my 71st day since AOR and 28th day since BIL (May 14). I’ve noticed that “decision made” in GCKey appears 30 days after BIL for those who are on the quick end of the processing spectrum. PPR follows within a day or two.
The first thing to update for a person in the “quick group” would be Eligibility on the tracker. This would happen 25 days after biometrics on average. My eligibility is not started on the tracker.
There was a curious note on the tracker that said I was sent an instruction to pay biometric fees and that a BIL would be sent upon receipt of payment. But I had paid both RPRF and the biometrics on Apr 01 with my application. And I received the BIL anyway, so I sort of ignored that note on the tracker. Maybe a system thing. I hope the system isn’t stuck in some sort of “let’s wait for him to pay the biometrics fee” when I’ve already received the BIL and completed biometrics on May 20.
I guess we take it a day at a time now and keep checking the tracker and GCKey. I’m at 21% likelihood of receiving an update. Did some number crunching. Next week I’ll be at 42% and so on and so forth. The likelihood will only increase as time passes.

Eligibility has been marked as completed in the tracker
Background verification is still in progress
I almost have the same timeline. Additionally, I paid my RPRF on 27th May when they requested for it. However, acc to tracker, my eligibility has not even started yet and background check is in progress since many days now.
Why is my application delayed? Is it because I paid RPRF separately?
It can be because you paid RPRF separately.. I had paid it upfront.. also background check has been in progress for many days for me too..
On the eligibility.. mine was also showing as not started when I checked yesterday.. however it was updated as completed today.. so i guess it is being done in the background and only once its done they mark as completed and you wont be seeing the in progress comment against the eligibility.. I guess paying the RPRF upfront helped but we cant say that for certain.. your eligibility should be updated soon too
