Anyone knows what is "completed IRCC Appendix A form" ? I found this information on the VAC(visa Application Center) and they require it.

Is anyone here who's PGP Application is being processed in London, Canada? I'm sharing timeline for our family and hoping to get some shared experiences or ideas as to how soon I can expect at least an update to the status on CIC's Client Application Status Page.
Oct-2022 Invitation to apply
Nov-2022 We submitted our application
Nov-2022 Application Submitted
Dec-2022 Request for Medical & Police Report (with a 30 day timeline)
Jan 2023 Confirmation that all documents were received
April 2023 Biometrics Request was received
May 2023 Approval Letter that we have met the requirements
January 2024 Police Report and Medical submitted
January 2024 Letter received stating that our Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) was not paid in full and the application process cannot be completed (NOTE: our fees were paid in full and our receipt to prove it was also submitted so not sure what happened but we still submitted the monies requested by the London office. We are hoping that at the end of the process when the mistake is realized we will be fully refunded)
We have heard nothing since. Is this normal? Any ideas or shared experience would be very welcomed. Thank you in advance

Thank you for sharing your update. Our timeline is similar to yours but we haven't been hearing anything back. Should we be concerned about the fact that we were told we didn't pay our applications fees in full (when if fact we did, we have a CIC receipt for that plus we paid the difference that was claimed to be owed)? Any thoughts?

Same situation. Having been contacted by the Vancouver office in early May. We received a pre-arrival letter, got MEP, submitted additional documents last month. Currently awaiting the results of Background check.
Any Vancouver applicants from 2022 whose file is completely processed ? We got pre arrival letter on 17th April 2024 and complete silence since then ( medicals and police clearance already done) .

Can you share your timeline for medical and PCC request? Also was your file moved to Vancouver from CPC Mississauga. If yes, then when?
Anyways no harm in contacting the helpline. Worth a try.
I'm now in the 11th month without any update from Montreal VO. The wait and not knowing is so stressful but I will continue to wait patiently.
Hi Everyone, A letter received to send travel document to local visa office but not decision made yet on the portal. Do they issue COPR and PR Visa together?
Lol..as if there is a choice. Patiently or impatiently one has to wait. It is a monopoly and they teach in Economics 101 that is the worst for the customer. Would be interesting if they outsource this to a private entity and then one can compare the efficiency of work done by public sector versus private sector.
