Is there a forum for May 2024 Outland Spousal Sponsorship applicants too?

Hello,
I have a question of im1344. On the very top of the form, Part 1 number 1, ask "If you are found ineligible to sponsor, indicate whether you want to".
If sponsor is not eligible how it can be proceed??
what you guys checked?
Also, I can't sign imm5532.. how did you guys sign?? I used Adobe Acrobat

I guess it depends on your circumstances. Choosing the first option (refund the application) means you give up all legal rights to appeal. But the first option seems to be an easier decision if you can properly prepare the problematic document(s) that affects your eligibility and resubmit your application ASAP again without going through the legal process.

I have been able to sign every required form through opening them in a web broswer. Just save them once you've done.

Usually PA get Aor on their email and you can move further with that

Most cases I saw received AOR in sponsor's email. But well, check both just in case,.

AOR goes to Sponsors email (whatever email they provided on the application)

The AOR email is what you need to apply for the OWP

Hello everyone. I applied PR for my spouse on May 20, 2024.

Still no word from IRCC. Waiting eagerly for AOR. I thought the trend was about 21 days but looks like IRCC has gone silent on May applications.

Alas, no other option but to patiently wait...
