She can apply for the extension once you receive AOR. I’d say it’s a bit too soon to apply for the extension now. Maybe early next year. Reference...

I just got BIL today. Another person here even got their pre-arrival letter already, 2 days after completing biometrics on Jul 15th.

So I applied for my work permit extension on May 26 (late night) and almost immediately after I received the BIL on May, 27, so I booked my biometrics appointment right after getting my letter and had it done on Jun 11. I just did. You just follow the instructions on the letter - book your appointment at Service Canada within 30 days receiving your letter. Once you’ve done it, the account will show the biometrics completed update in the account. In my case i saw it the day after I did it.

I'm pretty sure you can do it now. 1. Just include your employment details and the EI benefit claim? 2. I use acrobat to fill them out. Alternatively try opening the forms in browser mode. That should allow you to sign them as well. 3. No. You have to wait till you get AOR and then apply for...

I'd also like to add that to see if you've checked all the boxes in the document checklist. I think on the last page it requires you to check off all the boxes that mention about signatures.
