Have you submitted your p1? Its IRCC. depends on their mood. Someone gets on same da, someone gets next day and someone gets after a week.. so there is no fixed time.

No Update Application Date: 31st May, 2024

That is a kind of Ghost Update. There are many agencies working in backend on your file, if any one will update something u will see "Application Updated". Usually after 2 ghost update you might get Portal request. So good news is on the way. Just keep calm. Its coming Soooon.

Today, applicant for April 15 received P1 mail. I guess within 3 weeks we should hear something for May Applicants

There can be multiple reasons for ghost updates, behind the scenes multiple agencies' are working like background check , police verification etc. If any one of them updates their info on your application, then also you might get a ghost update. Can be anything. Until you are getting Ghost...

What is the status showing in Tracker?

No. My wife did that for her Work Permit. So they accepted that.

Received SA letter today in Email

I was also able to register on the tracker.

Have they explained more about incomplete police certificate?

I think something is wrong because, if you have completed biometrics, under Biometrics it should show Completed. Anyway I would suggest to contact IRCC regarding the same. They might help. If they don't then patience is the key.
