I am requesting to add me as representative for my parents so that I can follow up on status if needed. I filled the web form Use of representative (IMM5476) for my parents but I got a message from CIC saying that form is not complete. I checked many times and I could not figure out anything missing in the form.
Do the online signatures work or does it have to manual signatures on paper and then scan the document and attach it ?

I just checked my form and looks liked I filled the form electronically, printed, hand signed it and sent the scanned copy to them.

Guys - all those having trouble with linking their forms with GCKey please call 1-888-242-2100 and they will help you. That's what i did after failing several times to do it myself, saves you a lot of time and effort.

Will they help with xf file number as well?

I got this update on my account." Final decision - April 12, 2024: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." Does this mean next stage is passport request. FYI my mother passed the medical on 5th Apr

I think they should, if you drop the X what's left is your application#

Can i only do that after AOR email is received? At the moment, I can only login to https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login and it says my application is submitted as of 6 Dec 2023...

Can someone offer guidance or suggestions on how to access the ECAS account? I tried with the UCI# and other details but it did not work.

I chose no UCI, then 1 then 1 ( temp or express entry application) and just to got through file number thing I entered invitation number without any alphabets, and it says not recognized. Then there is option to talk to agent by pressing 0. Called around 8 am CST.

Can you please tell me what number you called? I have also submitted my application since October 28 but no response received whatsoever. it just says 'submitted'

Received email to submit info for PR portal login on April 11 which concludes positive decision has been made for my parents. Good luck everyone.
