Just wanted some info from you reg medical request.

I received medical request letter. I am principal applicant and medical IME form is just with my name.. Dependant IME form is not sent and not appearing in GCKey login.
Is your case with principal and dependant applicant too and did you receive 1 or 2 forms?
Information on this from any member on this forum regarding this would be highly appreciated....

Please share your timeline, when you submitted your application and if additional documents were requested?

I submitted the application in October last year. The AOR letter is requestion a IMM 5768, however I had submitted that earlier, so I am not sure if I will have to send again.

Hi guys my dad had a super visa in his passport but due to the request tp extend his passport expiry for PR application he got a new pass does anyone know if he could still travel with the suoervisa in his old pss? I appreciate ir help

Hi all, received my AOR today.

Just a quick question, I am being asked to submit IMM 5768 which I have already submitted in the application. Do I go ahead and resubmit even though there is a statement saying "In order to minimize processing delays, if not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible."?

I got the same letter not sure why they want the IMM5768 again, but I think I will call just to be sure.

I submitted on Nov 2nd, got additional document request on Feb 4, got AOR on March 11. Then nothing! No Biometric Request, No movement after AOR. Anyone else on the same boat? I am wondering how IRCC works. It is like everything is going forward on application but suddenly stops!

I got the same letter not sure why they want the IMM5768 again, but I think I will call just to be sure.

(Follow-up) I just called and they said no need to resend it.

Does IRCC accept Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from Local district police station (SSP office) as they have Suvidha Kendra where you can go and apply
or do i need to book online and get it from passport office.

I chose no UCI, then 1 then 1 ( temp or express entry application) and just to got through file number thing I entered invitation number without any alphabets, and it says not recognized. Then there is option to talk to agent by pressing 0. Called around 8 am CST.

Many of you have been asking the question whether PCC is required from Canada if the parents have lived here for 6 months or longer.

My parents have remained here on Super Visa since December 2021 and I only gave IRCC a police certificate from the home country, and IRCC specifically asked for that in a letter. When i visited the local RCMP Office they said they will not issue a criminal record check unless IRCC specifically asks for it.

And based on the home country police certificate my parent's application has gotten as far as "Medical exam cleared'. I doubt that IRCC will now ask for a criminal record check from Canada.

So for all those who are wondering what to do I would say do not waste time, money and effort in getting a criminal record clearance from Canada unless you're specifically asked for.

It took just under 4weeks in my case, but my parents applied for it from within Canada. Not sure if its faster in India.
