Does the OP really think they can tell the IRCC what they are prepared to do and what they are not prepared to do, including refusing DNA request, and then the IRCC will come back with "Okay, sorry, just thought we'd ask."? I would hope (and expect) the IRCC to fast track the application into the trash can.

The processing of your application will stop here. If you do not provide DNA test, then your application will not proceed and eventually will be rejected.
Assuming that you are applying to sponsor your biological child since this is the family class sponsorship section.
