    Accountant with visual impairment

Must say I never expected a pick apart of my words. I feel I have nothing for which to apologize. But, I'll be much more reserved with any future posts here. Less posted, the better.

    Accountant with visual impairment

Jeez, you could try ignoring it. But, if I am to be called out as a fraud supporter, I'll say something in my defence, whether you happen to like it or not.

    Accountant with visual impairment

WTF makes you say that? When I learned about what this guy was doing, I told the whole story to the Ministry responsible. The first time, they did almost nothing. They called him with some questions. They asked for his passport. He stonewalled. They they not press and he never handed it...

    Accountant with visual impairment

You are right about off of that, but then, there are some who have become masters of playing the game. I know one fellow, now in his 50s, who, for more than 30 years, has lived on a BC persons with disabilities pension. He's not supposed to leave BC for more than 30 days in a row. But, every...

    Accountant with visual impairment

The OP got in ahead of me, but just what I thought, except the "s.s" applies to U.S. Slug it out for a few years, then collect for life. Not a bad deal.

    Accountant with visual impairment

My guess would be a disability allowance, etc., not available in most countries.

    Canada Immigration are all bludgers

Your post makes little sense. You refer to an "immigration agent" and also to some nameless entity that gave you a refusal. A refusal of what, you say nothing. A visa of some sort? Quit being a bludger (an Aussie term, apparently) and post something comprehensible. Or refrain from posting...

Registering a foreign marriage in Canada

Why ask this question multiple times on different parts of the forum?

CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL CAPACITY TO CONTRACT MARRIAGE IN PHILIPPINES

So, are you trying to block him from divorcing you? I am not sure why you would want that. He can divorce you in Canada, since he is Canadian now. There is no way to "declare" your marriage in Canada. Canada has no equivalent of the PSA.

    Long game fraud

Yes, but perhaps not as much as one might think. Here's the gist of the Li v. Rao case I cited: FAMILY LAW — Marriage — Validity • Matrimonial property — Division • MAINTENANCE — Entitlement — Claimant marrying respondent while he was married to another woman — Trial judge granting declaration...

    Long game fraud

It would seem that the OP is still married to the alleged fraudster. If so, and if it can be proven that the fraudster was married already when she married the OP, then a divorce would not be the correct remedy to seek. In such case, the purported marriage to the OP was null and void from the...

    April 2024 Visitor/TRV

No clear path here that I can see. It appears that multiple people are using the @MeaZaid account here, including a sister in Canada, who wants help with maternity issues, a sister in Pakistan, who has been invited by sister in Canada and a brother in Pakistan, who wrote here in January. So...

    Visitor question

How many times do you plan to post this same question under different threads?
  16. K

My application returned twice with same issue but I am sure I applied in right categoy.

The official party line on this forum is that the notes are always a cornucopia of information and will provide insight into exactly what the visa officer was thinking and set out clear and cogent reasons. Like your friend, my TRV experience was the same. The notes read exactly the same way...

    TRV application

Your 3-fold guess has merit. Your last comment is certainly accurate. There was a lot of euphoria at the time of the announcement stemming from the belief there would be a sea change in policy and that unprecedented high volumes of TRVs for spousal PR applicants would be approved and even...

    TRV application

Thanks for that. I recognized that you would be relying on the spring 2023 "announcement". It was made by Sean Fraser, who is no longer Minister of Immigration and there is no clear evidence that the IRCC has since employed a new set of processing standards for TRVs for permanent resident...

    TRV application

Maybe just me, but some of what you say is a bit confusing. I am not sure how withdrawing a Nov./23 TRV application and getting in line with a new one, about 6 months later, will speed things up. Can you set out the rationale for that? It sounds like you are a Canadian citizen or PR and you...
