When will i expect my PPR for LMIA Based Closed Work Permit ?

Processing is around 20 weeks. Has eligibility and background checks started?I Applied for LMIA Based Closed work permit from India.
Date of File Lodge : 05th Dec 2023
Biometrics : From Old file
Medical : Upfront Medical submitted
PCC Submitted
NOC Code : 62020
Province : Ontario
When will i expect my PPR ?
No any updates received after file lodge. The file submitted by IRCC register consultant on APR Portal.Processing is around 20 weeks. Has eligibility and background checks started?

The consultant is my childhood friend and i don't pay money for LMIA. I already ask my consultant and he told me that we are submitting all the documents from our side but no any officer assign as on today. Yes i know my employer. He send me job offer letter i signed it and give it back to him at the time of filling LMIA. I also submitted IELTS with L-5.5, R-5.5, W-5.5 & S-6 overall 5.5 Band.So you wait. Do you know your employer? What did you show that you can do the job - letter, ECA, IELTS?
