About your last question - no! GCKey only updates after you've been virtually landed and issued an eCoPR.

It can take upto 3 weeks for you to get the approval email or PPR letter (usually takes days or two weeks).

I'm PNP Outland, AOR 9 December 2023, and on 31 January Background check was in progress. Until now I haven't had any news. Should I be concerned? I've seen folks with newer AOR dates that have got PPR.

What’s the difference between PVO and SVO?

PR applications aren't processed on a first-in, first-out basis. So, nothing to worry about for you. Some have to wait less, some more.

You called or submitted a webform, right? That's what it reflects in tracker.

Next step is approval email(portal/RFV/PPR letter) - can take anywhere between a few weeks to 2-3 months. Check all completed, no PPR threads for better understanding of this timeline.

About PR card - after you've been physically/virtually landed, it can take anywhere between 1-3 months for you to get your PR card.
