Hello, been in BGC since February 11th, is it normal? Everything else is completed in the tracker

I don't know for sure, but typically, PNP gets BIL earlier than FSW

Good day, can someone briefly explain why some Dec AORs are getting PPR and some Nov AOR didn't yet? I get that every application is different, but is there a certain pattern?
