Do they ask for medical or it get automatically updated once submitted by the doctors?

we received the biometric validity letter for both parents for their super visa application. We have been waiting since July 2022. What should i except if their eligibility has already passed and they have been in background check for over six months?

Hi guys, I hope you are doing well. We applied for a super visa for my parents on July 2022. Earlier today and after almost 2 years of waiting, we received the rejection letter with the only reason being "I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions asked of you." I know 100% this is a bogus and unreasonable excuse because we have complied in providing every bit of information requested. Can you please advise based on your experience what I must do? Has anyone had a similar experience
