My parents supervisa approved today. Their passport expires in 2027 so they have received supervisa till 2027. How if they arrive here and stay till 2028 or 2029 since they allow to stay for 5 years? Can anyone explain this? Thanks.

I am not really sure how that works, i can only give anecdote of my MIL's visa, her first regular visitor visa duration was just 3months but she stayed for 6months as thats what was stamped in her passport by border control. Supervisa might have different criterias

Medical Passed today after 2nd X Ray last week on April 18 (Exactly 3 months after 1st X Ray)

Hello all! I am about to apply for my mom's supervisa and just have a question for those who have applied already:

1. Is bank statement mandatory to provide? My husband and I qualified for the required LICO but I'm afraid our saving is not enough as we just got a house last year and still adjusting with the budget.

2. Main reason I'm applying for my mom's visa is that I'm currently pregnant and due this May so I will be on maternity leave but been with the company for 5 years now. Would that affect the application?

Yes, bank Statment are must either from sponsor or from your mother, showing proof of fund. It doesn’t necessary have to be from you. If your mother can bear expense herself, it’s not an issue.

anyways, do you know if we need to upload digital passport size photo of applicant during submission?

Supervisa requires NOA showing LICO. That is the most important document. Don’t say you are pregnant.
