Our timeline so far:

Biometrics request - 7th July
Biometrics completed - 12th July
Medical completed - 17th Oct (We never received request. Did upfront)
Eligibility started - 23rd Oct
GCMS notes requested - 24th Nov
GCMS notes received - 9th Dec (Got to know that file is moved to Ottawa IR)
Eligibility completed/ Pre arrival- 2nd Feb

In the meantime we applied for TRV:
TRV applied - 30th Oct
Eligibility completed - 6th Nov
After that nothing, so right after processing time is passed we contacted city MP.
MP inquiry to IRCC - 15th Jan
PPR - 16th Jan
Received with stamp - 26th Jan

Anyone came with TRV recently while PR is still processing? Can you share the experience? At the immigration did they ask any specific questions/ return ticket stuff?
Hey there. How did you contact your local MP? And what did you say? I have applied for a TRV for my uncle and it’s well passed processing

MP can't do anything except inqure about the status of family class sponsorship. TRV is process outside, I don't believe they can do much.

That sucks. Such a wide variation between different applicants.

I hope the process is done soon.
The wide variance. It's done systematically by CIC officers to ensure their propaganda of 10 months processing time appears as true. Infact the truth is far from this. If you only note the delays and frustrations of spousal PR applicants from January-June 2023 cohort, it will be evident this 10 month processing time is true for only handful of applicants.

That's why they won't tell you the processing timeline by each visa office as that will raise numerous question on gross inequality of resources or inefficiency of staffs between two visa offices.

I am in a similar situation as well. File moved to New Delhi on September 1st, since then we got no update up to today. On October 24th, we received a ghost update on the tracker, nothing more than that.
Hi you received ppr? How was your experience with NDVO?

Unfortunately the family sponsorship visa is really slow for Quebec specifically at the moment. We're coming up for 2 years in Jan, and ours still isn't finished, although we do have approval in principle now - everything's been completed, we're just waiting for the final go-ahead.

Among the APRIL 2023 group, how many are still waiting to get Passport Requests?
Just to be clear, I'm assuming/asking this question from Non-Quebec, OUTLAND Spousal PR applicants.
