I have a question from who received pre- arrival & eligibility , how did you receive it by email , portal or GCkey ?

I received my pre arrival by mail in the gc key account and my eligibility through call from ircc office. Haven’t received my eligibility mail.

Hello folk, I have some questions. What happens if someone receives welfare for a long time and at the same time waits for PR results? Does this situation affect or prolong the PR application process or inadmissible?
