    What final decision? Do you have NOD or are you referring to PR? You need the NOD to apply for RTD so you'll have to wait. No PR + NOD= 2 years RTD PR + NOD= 5 RTD

    Yes, they will ask but answer truthfully. In my case, I overstayed less than 6 months. I answered truthfully but focused on the part that I will never repeat and will be more careful in the future.

    Yes, but those people did not return to their home country after applying for asylum. Normally, they cross from the US to Canada and then apply. If you're able to, I think you'll need a very good lawyer. What's gonna stop you from going back to your country after you apply in Canada too?

    It does not mean anything. I think sometimes they ask that to check employment history as well. Submit it ASAP since they're working on your application. Hope you get your P1 soon.
