The cap for paper based files of HCCP 2024 already being reached..is there any chance to apply now considering the fact that some files may be rejected or refused owing to wrong/incomplete documentation or other reasons?
As it is heard that no further files are accepted after cap is reached and are returned back, so how are the voids created after rejection of cap files (due to mistakes in file) filled?

The program is closed so no chance to apply now. You need to wait for the program to reopen. IRCC generally accepts additional applications when programs are open knowing that some will be returned as incomplete.

So you have a job that meets criteria? HSWP is totally different from HCCP.

Then apply. This is not for care of children but an adult/senior in the home. You were asking about HCCP so now you have job offer in HSWP. Not sure why you asked about HCCP then. Make sure adult meets requirements for job offer and has funds to hire a full time caregiver.

So find an employer and read through requirements on IRCC site for Home Care Pilot. You will need job offer, IELT and ECA for education.
