It is probably not a glitch. How did you answer the education questions? Did you say that program was in French and English? What DLI? 414 is still low.
Thank you for replying. I am aware 414 is still low, but I am entitled to receive this score. How come I would end up with a Post-Graduation Work Permit without even studying in Canada...also, the first time I applied my Express Entry profile I was given those 15 marks for my 2 year College Diploma in Ontario? But now, my Canadian Education is given as 0. I am losing those 15 marks even after thoroughly checking & updating my entire profile. Even IRCC said, my profile is okay & my marks should be 414 but they said there's nothing to do. It is unfair as I also submitted a webform with proof of my education here.
