Express Entry - Technical difficulty

In January 2023, for the first time I applied for my Express Entry profile. My CRS score was 389. I waited in the EE pool for 1 year but didn't get the ITA.
So, before my profile expired I had to withdraw my previous profile & I re-applied for the second time in 2024. I mistakenly forgot to put the DLI Institution number this time & they gave me 0 in Canadian Education. I gained 2 years' work experience for which my points increased & is now showing 399. But it is supposed to be 414 as I am losing 15 marks for my Canadian Diploma.

I applied for my EE profile for the 3rd time & even got it checked by an Immigration Consultant but still my score is not updating from 399 to 414.
I called & emailed IRCC stating the technical glitch but they're saying it's an automated system so there's nothing they can do.
Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP...

It is probably not a glitch. How did you answer the education questions? Did you say that program was in French and English? What DLI? 414 is still low.

Thank you for replying. I am aware 414 is still low, but I am entitled to receive this score. How come I would end up with a Post-Graduation Work Permit without even studying in Canada...also, the first time I applied my Express Entry profile I was given those 15 marks for my 2 year College Diploma in Ontario? But now, my Canadian Education is given as 0. I am losing those 15 marks even after thoroughly checking & updating my entire profile. Even IRCC said, my profile is okay & my marks should be 414 but they said there's nothing to do. It is unfair as I also submitted a webform with proof of my education here.

So not a technical glitch because you answered incorrectly. So not sure what you mean by unfair because not answering questions correctly. It is your error. Answer NO. You were not in an ESL program. Hope you didn’t pay consultant.

Thank you so much for pointing that out. Is it because of this incorrect answer only I was given no points?
Unfortunately, I did end up paying that Consultant. Thank you once again for helping me :)
